$500.00 per day (Monday-Thursday) from 8 a.m. until Midnight

$900.00 for the weekend (noon on Friday to 8:00 a.m. Monday morning)

Not for a public or paid dance or other event where monies are collected at the door without written consent from the Brown County Fair Association. Private Parties are allowed with contractual agreement. Absolutely NO LIVE ANIMALS (Except for Service Animals) allowed in the building. NO HAY or SHAVINGS, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO VEHICLES, NO GLASS CONTAINERS allowed in the building.

Sheep Barn
$400.00 per weekday (Monday – Thursday) 8:00 a.m. to Midnight

$600.00 for weekends (noon Friday to 8:00 a.m. Monday morning)

Cattle Barns
$275.00 per day - NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, and NO GLASS CONTAINERS

Swine Barn
$275.00 per day - NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, and NO GLASS CONTAINERS 

Show Arena
$275.00 per day - NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, and NO GLASS CONTAINERS

Rodeo Arena
$1,200 for 2 days, $600 per additional day. (Lessee is responsible for electricity, Office not included). Lessee is required to pay a person of BCFA’s choice to prepare the arena and put the arena back to proper condition at a rate of $200.00 per day for a minimum of Two (2) days. There may be additional charges for the person to be present during the event to drag the arena. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED.

Grounds - Without the use of a building or arena - Rental fee to be determined by the BCFA Board of Directors or BCFA Leasing Committee. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED.
